The proposed contract allows you to ask questions to ACT! experts, either by phone or by email, about use or troubleshooting ACT! software and its modules or specific developments work-around.

To be more efficient and save time, our experts can take remote control of your computer to fix your problem, (subject to the installation of our connection kit and its compatibility with your computer environment).
